This website is operated by New Constant Capital Management LLC (“New Constant”, “we”, “us”). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information only

The site provides general information about New Constant and its activities. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or any interest in a fund or investment vehicle, and nothing on it is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Any offering of interests in a vehicle managed by New Constant or its affiliates is made only to eligible investors, only through that vehicle’s own offering documents, and only where permitted by law.

Companies shown on this site

The companies named or shown on this site are a selection of current and prior investments made through vehicles managed by New Constant, its affiliates or its predecessor, Armyn Capital. They are not a complete list of investments, and they were not selected on the basis of performance. There is no guarantee that future investments will resemble them or that any investment will be profitable. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Some of these positions are held indirectly, for example through other funds, special purpose vehicles, secondary purchases or other instruments that provide economic exposure to a company, rather than as shares held directly on the company’s capitalization table. In those cases the company may have no direct relationship with New Constant and may not be aware of the investment.

Company names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those companies. Their appearance on this site does not mean that those companies endorse New Constant.

No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Information may change without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Constant and its affiliates are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site.

Links to other sites

The site links to websites operated by others, including the companies listed on it. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Privacy policy

This policy explains what information this website collects and how New Constant uses it. It applies to www.newconstant.com. Information we receive from investors in vehicles we manage is handled under the terms of those vehicles’ documents and applicable law, not this policy.

What we collect

• Visiting the site. The site has no accounts, forms or cookies. Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically records standard technical data when a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. We use this data to keep the site running and secure.
• Writing to us. If you email us, we receive whatever you send, including your email address, and we use it to respond and to keep a record of the correspondence.
• Our newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, the subscription is handled by beehiiv, which collects your email address on our behalf and records whether you open or click what we send. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not set cookies and does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. If we add visitor analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

How we use information

We use the information described above to operate and secure the site, to reply to you, and to send you a newsletter you have asked for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and the newsletter (such as our hosting and email providers), with our professional advisers where needed, and where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Technical logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period. Correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was sent and for any record-keeping obligations that apply to us. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how it is used. To exercise any of these rights, email Info@newconstant.com. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows. We do not sell or share personal information within the meaning of the California Consumer Privacy Act.

International visitors

The site is operated from the United States, and any information it collects is processed there. If you visit from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
